2. Our services

• Consultations on relocation, residence and travel: analysis of your situation, overview of options, requirements and next steps.
• Personal route maps and trip plans — individually prepared digital documents.
• Support services for relocation processes — only on the basis of an individual offer with a written description of the scope.
• Free information on the website (articles, guides, quiz, AI concierge).

The exact scope, deadlines and price of each paid service are confirmed to you in writing (message or email) before payment.

3. No guarantee of decisions by authorities

We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any consulate, embassy or migration authority. Decisions on visas, residence permits, citizenship, asylum or other status are made exclusively by the competent authorities at their own discretion. We do not and cannot guarantee a particular decision, processing time or outcome. What we are responsible for is the careful preparation and the scope of support agreed in the contract.

4. Information is not legal advice

Content on the website and answers of the AI concierge are general information, may be incomplete or outdated and do not constitute legal advice on the law of any country. Laws and administrative practice change frequently — always check current requirements with official sources. Where an individual case requires legal services that may only be provided by specially authorised persons (e.g. under the German Legal Services Act, RDG), these are provided only by such persons or we refer you to them.

5. How a contract is concluded

Submitting a request form is not yet a binding order. After your request we send you an offer stating the service, scope, deadline and price. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer; the service is ordered once payment is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed. The contract language is the language of our correspondence with you.

6. Prices and payment

Prices for consumers include statutory VAT where it applies. Payment is made online on the order page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA or cryptocurrency) or using payment details we send in reply to your request; payment in an equivalent amount in another currency is possible by agreement. Government fees, translation, notarisation and similar third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated in the offer.

7. Delivery of digital products

Personal immigration route maps are delivered within 48 hours, trip plans within 24 hours after payment has been confirmed and the information needed has been provided. One revision is included. Delivery is made electronically to the contact you provided.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days without giving reasons. The full withdrawal information and a model withdrawal form are provided to you together with the offer, before the contract is concluded.

• Services (consultations): if you expressly request that we start before the withdrawal period ends, you pay a proportionate amount for the services provided up to the withdrawal; the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided.
• Digital products (route maps, trip plans): the right of withdrawal expires when we begin delivery after you have expressly agreed to this and confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal, and we have confirmed this to you.

9. Cancellation and refunds

• Digital products: full refund if the product is not delivered within the stated period or differs materially from what was agreed and we do not remedy this after one revision.
• Consultation cancelled by us: full refund or a new date of your choice.
• Consultation cancelled by you before it starts: refund of the price paid; for consumers in Russia minus the costs we have actually and demonstrably incurred (Art. 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law); for consumers in the EU the rules on withdrawal (section 8) apply.
• After a consultation has been fully provided: no refund, without prejudice to your statutory rights in case of defects.
• Refunds are made within 14 days using the payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

10. Your cooperation

Our work depends on the information you give us. Please provide complete and truthful information and inform us of changes. We are not responsible for consequences of incorrect or incomplete information or of missed deadlines that were your responsibility.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and where a guarantee has been given. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for decisions of authorities, changes in law or administrative practice, or for services of third parties you commission directly. Mandatory statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.

12. AI concierge

The AI concierge generates answers automatically using a language model. The answers may be inaccurate or outdated, are provided free of charge for general orientation and are not an offer, a promise of price or legal advice. Do not enter personal data.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of your habitual residence. Consumers in the Russian Federation may bring claims in the courts provided for by the Russian Consumer Protection Law.

14. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the consent to personal data processing.
