Consent to personal data processing

2. Consent to process a request (mandatory for the request form)

By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data…” I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the operator named above processing my personal data on the following terms:

• Purpose: considering and answering my request, contacting me, preparing a consultation and an offer.
• Personal data: name; Telegram username, WhatsApp or phone number; email address (if provided); topic of the request; text of my message (if provided); page language; selected product; date and time of consent.
• Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons named in section 5, blocking, deletion, destruction.
• Methods: with and without automation tools.

3. Explicit consent for sensitive data (optional)

By ticking the separate box “I explicitly consent to the processing of sensitive data…” I explicitly consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) to the processing of special categories of personal data that I voluntarily include in my message (e.g. information about my health, origin, political opinions or religious beliefs) for the purpose of assessing my situation and preparing a consultation. I know that I do not have to give this information and that I can leave the box unticked; in that case I will not include such information.

For persons whose data is processed by the operator in the Russian Federation: under Art. 10(2)(1) 152-FZ, special categories of personal data may be processed only with consent in writing. Such data is therefore not accepted through the website forms and is requested separately, if necessary.

4. Consent to receive the newsletter (optional)

By ticking the box in the subscription form I consent to the operator processing my email address, the page language and the date of consent in order to send me information about new destinations, guides and offers by email. The newsletter is only sent after I confirm my address via a confirmation link. I can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Persons to whom data may be transferred, including cross-border

• the hosting providers of the operator’s servers in Germany and in the Russian Federation;
• Telegram (United Arab Emirates) — internal notification of the operator’s team with minimal data (name, contact, topic/product, language);
• banks and payment service providers — only if I order a paid service.

I have been informed that the United Arab Emirates is not recognised by the European Commission as a country with an adequate level of data protection and that this may involve risks (e.g. no enforceable data subject rights). I consent to the transfer described above.

6. Validity and withdrawal

The consents are valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than the periods given in the Privacy Policy, or until withdrawn. I can withdraw any consent at any time by sending a message to Telegram @emigration_mir. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless it has another legal basis for processing.
