The USA offers Green Card through the EB-5 investor program, as well as O-1 and E-2 work visas. The American passport is one of the most valuable in the world.

The United States remains the ultimate immigration goal for many — the world's largest economy, leading universities, Silicon Valley, and the American dream. Paths to legal residency are diverse but all require thorough preparation.

The EB-5 program grants a Green Card (permanent residency) through direct investment. The minimum amount is $800,000 when investing in TEA zones (high unemployment or rural areas), or $1,050,000 outside those zones. Besides the investment, at least 10 jobs must be created for American workers.

The O-1 visa is for individuals with extraordinary ability in science, arts, business, education, or sports. World fame is not required — documented professional achievements, publications, awards, jury participation, or a high salary in the field suffice. O-1 is employer-sponsored and issued for 3 years with renewal options.

E-2 is a treaty investor visa for citizens of countries with a trade treaty with the USA. Russian citizens cannot obtain it (Russia is not on the list), but holders of a second passport from eligible countries (Georgia, Turkey, and others in our portfolio) can. Investment from $100,000 in an active U.S. business is required.
