Thailand Elite is a privileged residency program with packages from $15,000 to $30,000 for 5 to 20 years of residency rights. It includes airport escort, VIP services assistance, and simplified administrative procedures — essentially purchasing comfortable long-term status.

The Non-Immigrant B (business visa) is the classic route for those registering a company in Thailand. Foreigners can own up to 49% of a Thai company (or 100% through BOI or special zones). Monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Chiang Mai starts from $300, in Bangkok from $500.
