After obtaining citizenship, the repatriate is entitled to the "absorption basket" — state financial support in the first months.

The Israeli passport grants visa-free entry to 159 countries, including the USA, Canada, all of Europe, and Japan. The healthcare system ranks among the top 5 in the world. The Russian-speaking diaspora in Israel numbers over 1 million people — the largest Russian-speaking community in the Middle East.
