Dominica offers the most affordable citizenship by investment program in the Caribbean — from $200,000 for a single applicant.

Dominica — the "Nature Island of the Caribbean" with pristine forests and the most affordable CBI program in the region. A contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) starts at $200,000 for a single applicant (the minimum under the 2024 agreement between Caribbean CBI states). Processing takes 6–9 months; the interview is held by video.

The Dominican passport provides visa-free access to around 145 countries, including Schengen and Singapore; since July 2023 the UK has required visas from Dominican citizens, and since 2026 the US has restricted several visa types for them. No residency requirements. No tax on worldwide income — tax only on income from sources within the country.
